Royal Air Trip is a licensed travel consolidator — meaning we hold wholesale pricing agreements with airlines that are not available through any public booking platform. On long-haul routes, first class and business class consolidator fares can be significantly below publicly available pricing. 3. Do you only offer group luxury tours?
No — the vast majority of our luxury tours are entirely private. Private guide, private vehicle, private accommodation. You never share your experience with another booking. We also build luxury small-group experiences for friends or family travelling together, and occasionally curate very small (maximum 10 person) specialist interest tours for clients with a specific shared passion — wine, archaeology, wildlife photography.

6. How far in advance should we book a luxury tour?
For most luxury destinations, 4–6 months provides good access to preferred properties and consolidator fares. For peak season travel, cherry blossom Japan, the Great Migration safari, and the world's most exclusive properties (which often have waiting lists), 8–12 months is strongly recommended.
