1. Why do I need to submit a Card Authorization Form to book with Royal Air Trip?
The Card Authorization Form is required by Royal Air Trip LLC to securely authorize your payment for travel services — including flights, hotels, tours, cruises, and packages. As stated in our payment process, credit card payments require this form for security purposes. It protects both you and the agency from unauthorized charges and serves as a legally binding record of your payment consent.
2. Is my credit card and personal information safe when I submit this form?
Yes. All information you enter on this form is kept strictly confidential. Royal Air Trip LLC uses industry-standard secure, encrypted channels to process all transactions. Your card details are used solely to process the travel arrangements you have booked with us and are never shared with unauthorized third parties.
3. Will my card be charged as soon as I submit this form?
No — your card will not be charged automatically upon submission. Submitting this form gives your assigned Royal Air Trip travel agent the right to charge your card for the specific amount and purpose you have authorized. You will be informed before any charge is processed. Your total amount may be split across two transactions depending on the airline or travel services selected.
4. What supporting documents do I need to send along with this form?
Along with the completed form, you must provide a photo copy of the front and back of your credit or debit card, plus a photo copy of your passport or driver's license. These documents are required to verify your identity and protect you from potential fraud. Please attach them via the File Upload option at the bottom of the form.
5. What cancellation or change fees apply after I submit this authorization form?
Once your booking is confirmed via this form, any cancellation or change is subject to charges from the airline, hotel, tour, or cruise provider. Royal Air Trip LLC also charges a Trip Management fee of $50.00 per ticket, in addition to any fees imposed by the service provider. Cancellation charges increase the closer to your departure date. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking to protect your investment.
