Your completion of this authorization form helps us protect you, our valued customer, from credit card fraud. All information entered on this form will be kept strictly confidential. In addition to the completed form, please add a photo copy, front & back of your credit or debit card along with a photo copy of your passport, or driver’s license. Here by authorize Royal Travel LLC located at USA, to charge on my credit card listed Above for travel arrangements made by them. I agree to honor all charges on my account in the matter of this agreement. I understand & agree with Terms and Condition apply as per regulations and as per Travel provider including changes and cancellations fees and service fees.

Note: Your card will not automatically be charged by completing and submitting this form; however, completing and submitting this form does give the agent the right to charge the card for the amount and purpose authorized above.

Terms and Conditions: Please note that by signing this form, you are granting permission to debit your account for the indicated amount. Your total amount may be charged in two transactions, depending on the airline or travel services that you have selected. Please ensure that you agree to the terms and conditions provided by the Travel Agent and by the Airline, Cruise, Hotel, Tours, Packages, Rent a Car, Airport Transfers, and Travel Activities. It is important to note that all travel services are provided by third parties, and you must agree to their terms and conditions as well. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to have all the necessary documentation for your destination and transit, and Royal Travel will not be held responsible for any issues related to visa/transit. Additionally, you must arrive at the airport at least three hours before departure time. We recommend that you reconfirm your reservation with the airline 72 hours before departure. Please keep in mind that airline tickets are very restricted regarding changes, refunds, and restrictions on free baggage allowances and free seat selections. Always verify these details with the airlines, as Royal Travel will not be responsible for any such cases. Please provide names as per passport, and note that most discounted fares are non-refundable and have restrictions on date and routing changes after ticketing and before travel. During the COVID-19 situation, please check travel restrictions and requirements for your destination and transit country. Please follow CDC guidelines, and note that Royal Travel LLC will not be responsible for any such cases. If you need to cancel, refund, or void your trip, please note that our Trip Management fee is $50.00 per ticket in addition to any fees charged by the airline, tour, hotel, or cruise. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Please note that airlines collect extra fees for seat selections, and Royal Travel is not responsible for airlines not providing any particular seats, including infant bassinet seats and wheelchair requests. Royal Travel is also not responsible for any issues related to lost or damaged baggage or extra payments for baggage. Lastly, please always provide your phone number and email address to the airline.

The parties agree that this agreement may be electronically signed. The parties agree that the electronic signatures appearing on this agreement are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility.

As stated in our payment process, credit card payments require this form for security purposes. It protects both you and the agency from unauthorized charges and serves as a legally binding record of your payment consent.

Yes. All information you enter on this form is kept strictly confidential. Royal Air Trip LLC uses industry-standard secure, encrypted channels to process all transactions. Your card details are used solely to process the travel arrangements you have booked with us and are never shared with unauthorized third parties.

No — your card will not be charged automatically upon submission. Submitting this form gives your assigned Royal Air Trip travel agent the right to charge your card for the specific amount and purpose you have authorized. You will be informed before any charge is processed. Your total amount may be split across two transactions depending on the airline or travel services selected.

Along with the completed form, you must provide a photo copy of the front and back of your credit or debit card, plus a photo copy of your passport or driver's license. These documents are required to verify your identity and protect you from potential fraud. Please attach them via the File Upload option at the bottom of the form.

Once your booking is confirmed via this form, any cancellation or change is subject to charges from the airline, hotel, tour, or cruise provider. Royal Air Trip LLC also charges a Trip Management fee of $50.00 per ticket, in addition to any fees imposed by the service provider. Cancellation charges increase the closer to your departure date. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking to protect your investment.
