About This Trip
This 15-day private trip travels overland from Morocco into Spain. You start with the imperial cities of Rabat and Fez, cross the Rif mountains to blue-washed Chefchaouen, then take the ferry from Tangier to Andalusia.
On the Spanish side you see Seville’s cathedral and Alcázar, Córdoba’s mosque-cathedral, the Alhambra in Granada and the museums and palaces of Madrid, with a day trip to Toledo. It is a tailor-made trip with a private guide in each country, one ferry crossing and a high-speed train, and it suits travelers who want to see how the two cultures meet and can handle a few long travel days.
